Employee Experience Associate at Maven Clinic

The Employee Experience Associate role is a full-time and office-based position. You will be the point of contact for office operations and facilities, reception, and internal events. You’ll also be a key player in building and improving employee experience in our hybrid work model. Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day office operations (general facilities, repairs, maintenance) and ensure the office is tidy, safe, and productive - Manage all office ordering and stocking (catering, snacks, office supplies) and create an organized storage system - Conduct site walks of entire office daily and look for areas to make improvements - Be the point of contact for all vendors providing site services - Independently plan and execute small to medium size internal company events and programs that support the full employee population in a hybrid model - Cover reception as needed, greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Provide building access for visitors and Mavens - Receive and sort mail, packages, and other deliveries - Answer questions and manage employee and guest requests - Proactively identify areas to improve the overall employee experience and support special projects as needed
