We are currently looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our Retail finance solution / Point of Sale product tribe. Your role is to be the key person generating the insight that helps us to improve our product stream (originally an acquisition of DivideBuy) by adding more insight and data driven decision making.A Day In The LifeSupport the Analytics Engineering and Data Engineering team improve our data warehouse and data migration to RedshiftGenerate key insight from our vast data warehouse and help our product managers drive product developmentPair with product managers to design and implement A:B tests in live customer journeysModel and forecast the impact of changes that you are drivingWork collaboratively with product managers, software engineers, designers and our credit analysts to get to the best solutionSupport the merchant and client success team by sharing insight on product commercial dataTaking on ownership of projects, monitoring key metrics and identifying new and exciting opportunitiesAbout youSome experience in a data-led, fast paced environment (e.g. consulting, banking, start-up)You’re analytical and have excellent attention to detailYou have a quantitative background, and you are a natural at turning data into insight to make decisions.You have strong experience using SQL and have some basic understanding of PythonYou have some experience in using Tableau or other BI tools (e.g. Looker, Power BI)You can communicate your insights succinctly, stick to key results and influence upwards, downwards and sidewaysYou treat others with respect but you’re not afraid to challenge them sensitivelyYou’re a self-starter.
