This role requires expertise in managing, optimizing, and scaling paid media campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads. As a key advertising team member, you will collaborate closely with graphic designers, web developers, SEO specialists, and a Client Success Manager to support a diverse portfolio of clients spanning multiple industries.
Requirements:
✓ Paid media expert with 2-4 years of experience in the digital advertising realm.
Adept at leveraging data for informed decision-making.
Strategic creation and management of campaigns to achieve client goals.
Proficient in crafting engaging reports.
✓ Expert knowledge and experience in planning, activating, and optimizing campaigns on at least three of the following tools: Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, Bing Ads, Programmatic Ads, and TikTok Ads.
✓ Mastery of pixel integration on major advertising platforms, conversion tags through Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4.
✓ Familiarity with analysis and reporting tools like Excel and Looker Studio.
✓ Analytical and decision-making skills.
✓ Autonomy and a problem-solving mindset.
✓ Efficiency and keen attention to detail.
✓ Proactivity and initiative.
✓ Previous experience working with an agency.

Responsibilities:
• Report to the Client Success Manager and Head of Advertising for streamlined communication and strategic alignment.
• Configure precise measurement and conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager and advertising platforms.
• Develop comprehensive campaigns and strategies, integrating the necessary digital media components.
• Set up campaigns in accordance with the established strategy for optimal effectiveness.
• Define campaign structure and meticulously create target audiences to enhance targeting precision.
• Ensure the cost-effectiveness of advertisements, closely monitoring the cost and return on investment (ROI) of campaigns.
• Conduct continuous analysis and optimizations of campaigns, plans, and budgets to achieve client goals.
• Create and adjust schedules to maximize campaign effectiveness, ensuring strategic alignment.
• Handle requests for creatives and landing pages, providing feedback to align them with the overarching strategy.
• Engage in ad copywriting to craft compelling advertising messages.
• Create and regularly update Looker Studio dashboards for real-time insights and performance tracking.
• Maintain open and regular communication with clients, addressing needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Explore and evaluate new advertising channels and platforms for potential opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive quarterly reports, presenting results to sustain long-term client relationships.
• Conduct bi-weekly reporting, enhancing transparency through walkthrough videos via Loom.
