Flopi, a digital marketing agency specializing in performance, seeks a Digital Trafficker to join their team. The Trafficker is responsible for planning, implementing, optimizing, and analyzing SEM campaigns (Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and Linkedin Ads, among others) for many clients. Requirements: • 2+ years of digital marketing experience, focusing on SEM. • Experience planning, setting up, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. • Experience managing digital platforms, with advanced knowledge of tracking and optimizing campaign KPIs. • Broad knowledge of conversion funnels and measurement pixel configuration. • Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience in setting up campaigns for e-commerce. • Availability to work remotely from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm (They have a daily traffic meeting at 7:45 am, a non-negotiable meeting that everyone must attend punctually). Responsibilities: 🔸 Plan, implement, optimize, and analyze SEM campaigns (Google AdWords, Facebook Ads). 🔸 Implement improvements to optimize lead capture flow for our clients. 🔸 Use Google Analytics and other online analysis and measurement tools to generate performance reports. 🔸 Present strategies and results to management. 🔸 Implement pixels from various media. 🔸 Effectively manage and optimize advertising campaigns focusing on increasing ROI, reducing costs, and increasing volume. 🔸 Manage and control the budget efficiently. 🔸 Constantly monitor the competition. 🔸 Compile reports on campaign results. 🔸 Conduct Keyword Research and Search Trends Analysis. 🔸 Analyze conversion funnels and traffic tracking for each campaign. 🔸 Develop and document various experiments on campaigns to enhance their performance. 🔸 Propose new initiatives/projects to management to expand the reach of PPC campaigns. 🔸 Train Junior analysts in best practices for PPC campaign management, measurement tools, and methods of results analysis.
