Requirements and responsibilities

Junior RevOps Specialist - Contract Work from anywhere in Europe for a company where people genuinely enjoy what they do. We are Revenue Wizards, Europe's leading Revenue Operations (RevOps) team, and we help businesses streamline their operations, boost revenue, and scale efficiently. With a track record of generating over €96M in revenue and saving our clients millions, we're all about making big impacts with smart, data-driven solutions. Role Overview This role is for someone who thrives in complex problem-solving scenarios and can quickly adapt to varied client environments. You'll work directly with our senior consultants or partners on HubSpot and Salesforce implementations, process optimization, and system integrations while developing your expertise in the RevOps field. The ideal candidate combines technical aptitude with strong logical reasoning skills and can operate effectively in startup-like environments where resourcefulness and getting-things-done mentality are essential. Key Responsibilities: - Support senior consultants on client projects (e.g. system  implementations, revamps, migrations, data work and many more) - Assist with processes creation, workflow designs, and system configurations - Conduct research and analysis for client projects and proposals - Help with data migration, integration setup, and quality assurance testing - Contribute to slide preparation, client deliverables, and project documentation - Support lead generation and client development activities using tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, SmartLead, n8n and more - Manage customers and project timelines to gain hands-on consulting experience = Analyze data to identify trends, make recommendations, and follow up with clients on data outcomes. Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to decompose complex challenges - Experience with business process analysis and documentation - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data manipulation - Excellent communication skills and client-facing capability - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities What will your day look like? You will start your day by checking the team tasks, your personal  tasks in ClickUp. We maintain a pipeline of features and releases for each of our clients so that we could get them deployed and delivered in a structured manner. We prefer to reserve the mornings for deep work, free from any distractions and meetings. That  may be building a new RevOps dashboard, creating a flow or automation, cleaning up some legacy fields in CRM, or managing data. At noon, we will have a daily catch-up during which we discuss blocking points,  upcoming tasks, and ideas. After noon, you might have a call with a client to capture the requirements for a project while another call might be about capturing results. You will not spend much time on calls as most of the communication (both external and internal) is async. 20% of your time will be spent on internal RevOps related projects. That can be research on RevOps/GTM topics, working with us on the RevOps course, or creating content for social media. All of this is in the theme to make you a better RevOps professional. General Information Location: Remote Work type: Contract Time-Zone: GMT to GMT+4 Time: 32-40 hours per week Compensation: Competitive based on experience, location, and qualification Revenue Wizards’ Operating Principles - We work remotely, and value mobility - We mostly work asynchronously, allowing team members to work independently and at their own pace - We are self-starters, not afraid doing the nitty-gritty work and taking ownership of our initiatives, seeing them through to completion - We value “get things done” approach - We love knowledge sharing and strongly encourage it within the company - We appreciate and embrace individuality, creativity, and authenticity - We have a growth mindset Disclaimer: This job description is not designed to include a comprehensive list of duties and responsibilities that are required of the employee.
