Requirements and responsibilities

● Build, support, and maintain the functions, features, and services supporting Group’s SaaS platform, The Guard. ● Take ownership of all software development tasks, from technical design to unit testing to implementation. ● Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to fully understand our users, the platform, and how we can continuously enhance the platform. ● Participate in and help cultivate a high performing and passionate engineering culture, constanting looking for improvements and optimizations. ● Operate in a “test and learn” culture, where innovation and iteration is a central part of the overall technical strategy to deliver a seamless customer experience. ● Provide a balance of entrepreneurial spontaneity and innovation with the need to deliver high quality and elegant solutions.
