This role blends technical leadership, cloud architecture, and team mentorship — ideal for someone passionate about building resilient, scalable systems. What You’ll Do • Lead design & development with Java + Spring Boot • Mentor engineers & foster innovation • Partner with stakeholders on technical strategy • Architect & implement cloud-native solutions on AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.) • Ensure applications meet world-class standards in availability, scalability, performance, observability, and security • Collaborate with DevOps/SRE on CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and reliability engineering What We’re Looking For • 10+ years in software engineering, with 3–4 years in leadership • Expert in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful services • Strong AWS cloud experience (architecture + implementation) • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver enterprise-grade solutions
