Lead ServiceNow platform governance, architecture, and best practices; manage core modules (ITSM, ITOM including Discovery and Service Mapping), and CMDB. Ensure CMDB accuracy aligned with CSDM standards. Lead enterprise rollout of AI governance using AI Control Tower (AICT); implement and optimize Now Assist / GenAI use cases. Design integrations using IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs. Automate workflows using Flow Designer. Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship.
