* Supervise and monitor daily sales agents’ performance.
* Ensure achievement of sales, quality, productivity, and retention targets.
* Provide real-time feedback and conduct coaching sessions.
* Coordinate with QA and Training teams to reinforce standards and best practices.
* Manage attendance, schedules, and team compliance.
Requirements
* Technical or professional degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred).
* Experience supervising sales teams in a call center environment.
* Experience analyzing KPIs and creating action plans.
* Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level.
* Knowledge of CRM and contact center tools.
* Spanish (native) and English B2+ (preferred).
