Requirements and responsibilities

The Security Team is currently focused on blocking remote console protocols for all UNFI users unless accessed through CyberArk. The team will utilize CrowdStrike, specifically firewall rules, to monitor this. The role requires dissecting application protection for new projects and optimizing CrowdStrike usage effectively. Candidates should have hands-on experience with IAM functions and firewall features. The position requires executing tasks directly rather than providing guidance. Responsibilities: * Implement and manage CrowdStrike, including the Firewall Module. * Apply expert-level understanding of microsegmentation concepts and technologies. * Work hands-on as an engineer while fulfilling architect-level responsibilities. * Utilize Linux and Windows firewalls and IPS knowledge. * Apply change management throughout project phases. * Optionally, leverage deep technical knowledge of VMware NSX, Illumio, Akamai, and Zero Networks. Requirements: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related discipline preferred. * CrowdStrike Certified Falcon Administrator or equivalent certification preferred. * 12+ years’ experience in network security engineering, with at least 3 years leading microsegmentation deployments in large enterprises. * Experience with large enterprise CrowdStrike implementations.
