**SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER**
LATAM|Remote | Contract or Full-time |
**Important before you apply:** This role requires leading client-facing workshops, steering committee presentations, and executive briefings entirely in English — daily. We are looking for professionals who think, communicate, and present in English naturally. Accent is not a consideration. Fluency and polish are.
**About the role**
We place senior project managers with US-based clients in the financial services and technology sectors. Our clients are fast-moving organizations that need PMs who can own complex programs end-to-end — not just track tasks, but drive delivery, manage executive stakeholders, and communicate status with clarity and confidence. You will be the face of the engagement.
**What you'll do**
- Lead full project lifecycle from initiation through closeout across multi-workstream programs
- Facilitate executive steering committees, sponsor briefings, and cross-functional working sessions in English
- Own project governance: RAID logs, status reporting, budget tracking, and milestone management
- Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels including C-suite, without hand-holding from leadership
- Identify and escalate risks proactively — with a recommended path forward, not just a flag
- Partner with OCM leads, technical teams, and business owners to maintain alignment across workstreams
- Produce crisp, executive-ready documentation: charters, project plans, status decks, and decision memos
**What we're looking for**
- 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years leading enterprise programs in financial services or technology
- Demonstrated experience managing US-based executive stakeholders in English — this is non-negotiable
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred
- Proficiency in project tools: MS Project, Jira, or equivalent
- Strong command of both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies
- A track record of keeping complex programs on track when things get messy
- A writing style that is concise, clear, and professional — please submit your application and cover letter in English
**What sets you apart**
- You've worked directly with US or UK-based clients or organizations, not just regional ones
- You can run a tense stakeholder conversation without losing composure or clarity
- Your written English reads as natural, not translated
- You get to the point — in meetings, in emails, in decks
