Requirements and responsibilities


Scope of Services: Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks: Permit Application Processing - Review client intake forms and supporting documentation. - Generate permit documentation using the company’s proprietary permit software. - Ensure permit packages are complete before submission. Municipal Registration - Register contractors or private providers with municipalities when required. - Submit permit applications to appropriate jurisdictions across Florida. - Track permit submission progress and maintain documentation records. Platform & Workflow Management - Learn and operate the company’s proprietary permit processing platform. - Maintain task trackers across systems such as Google Sheets and HubSpot. - Coordinate with internal technical teams responsible for system integrations. Administrative Support - Maintain permit documentation records and organized files. - Provide status updates on permit progress and submissions. Skills: The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements: - Bilingual English / Spanish required. - Experience in construction administration, permitting, real estate transaction coordination, or documentation processing preferred. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Comfortable working with spreadsheets and CRM systems. - Ability to learn and operate specialized permit processing software. Work Schedule: Contracted Hours per Week: 40 Hours Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday Daily Working Time: 8 AM - 5 PM EST (flexible)
