Responsibilities


Key ResponsibilitiesProvide actuarial analyses and insights supporting pricing strategies for Management Liability and Financial Institutions E&O coverages.Analyze Employment Practices Liability, Directors & Officers Liability, Fiduciary, Fidelity, and related financial lines.Monitor profitability, loss ratios, and claim trends; provide actionable recommendations to underwriting, claims, pricing, and leadership teams.Develop highly technical actuarial analyses, reports, forecasts, and financial/risk assessments.Communicate analytical findings effectively to management and other analytical teams.Provide quantitative support for financial analysis, management reporting, economic research, and statistical studies.Guide Actuarial and Finance teams on appropriate model selection, application, forecasting, and interpretation.Develop and enhance actuarial tools, models, and analytics as needed.Lead or contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong understanding of insurance company operations, actuarial concepts, and statistical methodologies.Advanced actuarial technical expertise with strong knowledge of insurance products.Experience with Management Liability / Financial Lines preferred.Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work effectively with complex or incomplete data.Strong communication and influencing skills, including the ability to present insights to senior leadership.Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams.Ability to make sound business decisions within defined authority.Strong adaptability and ability to navigate ambiguous and challenging business situations.R or Python coding experience preferred.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.7+ years of relevant actuarial experience.ACAS or FCAS designation required.Insurance industry experience strongly preferred.🚨 HIRING – Sr. Actuarial Consultant | Insurance 🚨📍 Location: Remote – EST Time Zone💼 Length: 6+ Months Contract💻 Work Model: Remote🎥 Interview: Video🛂 Visa: USC, GC, H1B, GC-EAD🔥 Key Responsibilities
