Hiring for Avature Functional Consultant @ remote/ freelencerDemonstrating solid Avature Recruitment System or any other recruitment system experience.Proven experience in configuring Recruitment systems like Avature, Taleo, PeopleSoft or OracleDemonstrate strong functional and/or Techno-functional knowledge and configuration experience in recruitment and onboarding modules, ‘Avature’ recommended.Strong understanding of the recruitment and HR business processesConfiguring, testing, and implementing changes and improvements to the Recruitment (Avature) system and business processesProviding Avature BAU support including investigation and troubleshootingImplementing new Avature features and enhancementsDriving the support and regression testingStrong business analysis skills including requirements gathering and process mapping; andStrong stakeholder management skills to effectively liaise with IT vendors on system support and development.
