Responsibilities

We are looking for a part-time freelance Social Media & Community Creator for TransGull, an AI-powered real-time translation app used by 400,000+ people worldwide. Location: Mexico or Latin America Work setup: 100% remote Language: Native Spanish Experience: Ideally 1–3 years in social media, content creation, community management, or digital marketing We want someone who genuinely understands Mexican and LATAM internet culture, not traditional corporate marketing. The ideal candidate: - Is highly active on TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, Reddit, or online communities - Understands memes, creators, fandoms, entertainment, K-pop, gaming, livestreaming, and online trends - Can create short-form videos, memes, posts, captions, clips, and simple visual content - Can identify emerging trends and react quickly - Knows how to make global content feel culturally native to Mexico and LATAM rather than simply translated - Can engage naturally with users and online communities - Works independently and can generate content ideas without detailed instructions - Has strong creative instincts and is comfortable experimenting Experience or personal interest in AI, translation, K-pop, gaming, livestreaming, creators, fandoms, or international online communities is a strong plus. This is a flexible, remote, part-time freelance role with the potential for ongoing collaboration.
