Co-founder & CEO of TransGull | Building Multilingual AI for Live Conversations | Former EdTech Founder Acquired by ByteDance

I believe language should never determine who you can hire, who you can sell to, or who you can serve.
I'm the Co-founder of TransGull, where we're building the AI communication infrastructure for global work. We started with real-time interpretation because trusted communication is the foundation of every international organization. But translation is only the first layer.
Our mission is to enable people, teams, and AI agents to collaborate seamlessly across every language. Today, TransGull delivers highly accurate multilingual communication across meetings, phone calls, videos, documents, and in-person conversations. Tomorrow, the same infrastructure will power multilingual customer support, global sales, AI assistants, enterprise knowledge, and AI-to-AI communication.
Unlike general-purpose AI models, TransGull is purpose-built for multilingual communication. Rather than relying on a single model, we orchestrate speech recognition, translation, terminology management, contextual memory, and quality assurance into one optimized workflow. Every language pair is dynamically routed to the best-performing models, while our enterprise communication memory continuously learns an organization's terminology, products, and communication patterns, making every future interaction more accurate than the last.
Enterprise trust requires more than accuracy. We support zero data retention, private deployments, and dedicated infrastructure for organizations with the highest security requirements, ensuring confidential business communication always remains under the customer's control.
Before TransGull, I founded an EdTech company that was later acquired by ByteDance, and I continue to co-own an education group operating 19 kindergartens across four cities in China, serving more than 8,000 families annually.
Across every chapter of my career, one belief has remained constant: technology should remove barriers—not create them. Whether expanding access to education or enabling communication across languages, I'm passionate about building products that allow people and organizations to achieve more than geography, language, or traditional organizational structures would otherwise allow.
