I'm hiring a business coach for Creator's MBA. Here's what the job actually is. Every month there's a workshop, an AI skill, and a build that members work on and submit. All of that gets created and handed to you finished. You're not writing curriculum, you're not building skills, and you're not doing any marketing. What you are doing is being the person in the room. You'd host the monthly call where new members get oriented and anybody can bring a question. You'd give real feedback on what members submit. You'd be in the Boardroom community through Get It Done Weeks while people are actually building, and in there most other weekdays too, answering questions. You'd get to know the members, know what each one is working on, and notice when somebody goes quiet so you can go check on them. And you'd cover up to three live sessions a month, which can also include one of our events or a Skills Vault build day. What I need from you is that you're good on camera, you're good at giving someone honest feedback on their work without being mean, you actually like people, and you're using ChatGPT and/or Claude every day in your own business. That last one isn't a preference. Every build in these programs ships as an AI skill, so you have to be able to install one, run it, and figure out why a member's isn't working while they're watching you do it. It's part time, about 10 hours a month, on a flat monthly retainer that pays the same whether it's a light month or a heavy one. You need to be available during US business hours, Eastern time, and in the community most weekdays. Applications close 10/31.
