Requirements and responsibilities


• Own the strategy for working with benefits brokers and consultants, ecosystem aggregators, and other relevant industry groups to unlock sales opportunities in the employer benefits space. • Prioritize and own critical relationships across the employer benefits industry, including the national-level relationships with key partners. • Partner with our marketing function to develop and deliver impactful content for your audiences. • Keep Maven top of mind for influential stakeholders in the employer benefits space. • Coordinate response to RFIs and ensure partners are widely versed in Maven’s offering. • Collect productive feedback to help drive our product development roadmap. • Drive high potential leads to our Sales Directors. • Analyze Maven’s sales pipeline to drive new strategies with the entire ecosystem. • Participate in product pitches as needed. • Pitch in where needed as we rapidly scale our business.
