We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with video editing skills to join our boutique creative team. In this role, you will lead the design process from concept to execution, creating compelling visuals that elevate brands and engage audiences across digital, print, web, and social platforms. Approximately 70% of the work will focus on graphic design and branding, while the remaining 30% will involve light video editing for social media reels and motion graphics.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, small-team environment, where you will wear multiple hats, collaborate directly with clients, and contribute to a wide variety of projects, including brand identity, websites, social campaigns, and marketing collateral.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute innovative design concepts for digital, print, web, and social media.
* Create and maintain brand guidelines, logos, and cohesive visual systems across multiple clients.
* Design print collateral, direct mail, billboards, infographics, and presentation decks.
* Support website design projects focused on UI/UX using Figma (no coding required).
* Design assets for digital campaigns, including ads, emails, and organic social media posts.
* Edit short-form video content such as social reels, promotional clips, and simple motion graphics.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in client-facing discussions when needed.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines and quality.
Requirements:
Must-Have:
* Strong portfolio showcasing branding, print, and digital design work.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects).
* Experience with Figma for web and UI/UX design.
* Solid understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
* Experience designing for multiple brands or agency environments.
* Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) and the ability to take and implement feedback.
* Ability to handle both independent creative execution and collaborative team input.
Nice-to-Have:
* Familiarity with Canva for quick-turn projects.
* Experience creating simple motion graphics or advanced video editing.
* Comfort leading or contributing to client-facing calls.
