Requirements and responsibilities

What You’ll Be Responsible For: - Website Management: Keep our site current and engaging—update menus, events, announcements, and troubleshoot as needed. - Video Editing: Create short-form videos for socials (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), events, and behind-the-scenes moments that highlight our community and vibe. - Graphic Design: Design flyers, posters, digital assets, merch mockups, and any other creative pieces we dream up. - Content Creation: Collaborate on campaigns and brainstorm ideas for telling our story in unique ways. - Brand Consistency: Make sure everything we put out looks and feels like 11th Hour—nothing too polished, nothing too stiff, but always thoughtful and on-brand. What We’re Looking For: - Strong graphic design skills (bonus points if you know your way around Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools). - Solid video editing chops (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or whatever tool you vibe with). - Basic website editing experience (square). - Creative eye and a good sense of what makes content click with people. - Organized, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple projects. - Collaborative mindset—you’ll be bouncing ideas off a lot of us. - Familiarity with 11th Hour’s vibe and voice (or a quick study!).
