Hi, I’m Alexander Torrenegra, CEO of Torre. We’re hiring a B2B marketing manager for Spanish-speaking LatAm who will help us revolutionize how companies hire and candidates find the perfect job. This is a global, remote opportunity.
WHAT IS TORRE?
At Torre, we’re building AI recruiters that replicate human intuition. They automatically attract candidates, engage them, screen them, rank them, present them, and provide them with feedback. We analyze 100+ factors with 9 types of AI to match candidates with companies, teams, and leaders. The result: we make recruiting faster, more accurate, less discriminatory, and significantly less expensive. Our end goal is to build THE matching network for work.
For companies, we offer three product lines: Torre OS, Torre RPO, and Torre Reach.

WHY THE OPENING?
After five years of development and trials, we reached beta stage and started scaling our client acquisition efforts and revenue. We’re growing in the US and LatAm. For LatAm, a crucial part of the team will be this role: a Senior Marketing Manager laser-focused on attracting, nurturing, and converting companies into paid clients. We are blitzscaling our growth in LatAm. Speed is paramount. That’s why this role requires previous experience as a marketing manager.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND KPIS:
You’ll be responsible for blitzscaling our client acquisition and revenue. You'll be attracting clients for these three products (for now):
• Torre OS: http://torre.ai/es/os
• Torre RPO: http://torre.ai/es/rpo
• Torre Reach: http://torre.ai/es/reach
Your KPIs will be:
• Leads acquired.
• Activated users.
• New paid clients.
• Revenue from new clients.
Additional performance metrics will include:
• MQLs.
• SQLs.
• Conversion rates.
• Etc.
Among others, you’ll be responsible for strategizing and managing multiple lead acquisition channels:
• Paid advertising on social media.
• Paid advertising in search engines.
• Mass email.
• Press.
• Etc.
YOUR POTENTIAL CAREER PATH:
We expect you to commit to this role for two to three years. The experience you earn will enable you to grow into other roles, such as CMO or Growth Manager, at Torre or outside of Torre. You may even go out and launch your own business.
THE TEAM:
You’ll report directly to me, the CEO. You’ll work closely with our head of sales, head of product, heads of operations, head of engineering, head of analytics, global social media manager, product marketer, and marketing manager (US).

You’ll start with a budget for paid advertising and for vendors for ad pieces. As we grow, your budget will grow, and you’ll have the chance to bring full-time team members to your team if needed.

• An in-house tool for lead management, scoring, nurturing, and engagement via email and retargeting.
