Grace Crossing Church is seeking a creative, strategic, and mission-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute all aspects of our communications and marketing efforts. This person will play a vital role in telling the story of Grace Crossing, engaging our community, and helping people connect with the church’s mission, ministries, and events. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned with the church’s mission and goals. - Manage and grow the church’s digital presence (website, email, social media, video, podcasts, etc.). - Create compelling content that communicates the heart and vision of the church across all platforms. - Design and coordinate marketing campaigns for sermon series, events, and ministry programs. - Oversee branding consistency across all communications and materials. - Collaborate with ministry leaders to support their outreach and engagement efforts. - Track engagement metrics and adjust strategies based on performance and feedback. - Manage relationships with external vendors (graphic designers, printers, media teams, etc.). - Stay current with marketing trends and tools to keep the church’s outreach relevant and effective.
