Requirements: ✨ Experience in communication/ digital/ production industry is not mandatory but would definitely be an added value. ✨ Interest in technology and processes, asset management. ✨ Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills. ✨Requires listening, analysis and teaching ability as well as the capacity to influence. ✨Easiness with online tools. ✨ Attention to detail and dedication to the accuracy and reliability of information. ✨Dynamic and proactive. ✨Good command of English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. ✨Proficient in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities: ✨The Digital asset manager is a role working with a team of Asset managers to provide data entry support to our client’s assets. ✨ This role is the connective tissue between departments, agency partners and clients, requiring a strong organization, accuracy and previous experience in repetitive data administration support. Publicis is using Agile Recruitment for this process. You can find the steps you will take below: Step 1: You will answer 3 quick screening questions (5 minutes). Step 2: You will do a Torre Testing & certification session to validate your skills (at least 60 minutes) You will require a computer with a good internet connection. (You will need to schedule it before finishing the application process). If you are one of the top-ranked applicants after the Torre Testing validation, you will proceed to the next step. Step 3: Linda Martinez, senior recruiter from Publicis, will interview you (30 minutes). Step 4: Job offer (30 minutes).
