Requirements and responsibilities
✅ Minimum requirements:
⚡ Experience of at least 2 years in designing, implementing, and managing ITSM processes based on ITIL.
⚡ Systems Engineer, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related careers.
⚡ Mastery of ITIL disciplines and principles.
⚡ Knowledge and experience in project management, quality control, and service under ISO 20000 standards.
⚡ Knowledge and experience implementing and maintaining DevOps.
⚡ Must have ITIL fundamentals certification on an intermediate ITIL (RCV, PPO, OSA) version 3 or higher.
⚡ Preferably specialization in project management or related topics.
⚡ Being located in Bogota or eager to move there.
✅ Responsibilities:
⚡ Manage processes under the ITIL standard framed in the defined service to customers.
⚡ Manage service demand and be responsible for monitoring, guaranteeing quality, and customer satisfaction.
⚡ Ensure the viability, profitability, fixed commercial margins, care for continuity, and economic growth of the accounts under your responsibility.
