The Head of New Business Development is responsible for pipeline generation through outbound activities. Bunny Studio ONE is our new subscription service. We're looking forward to exponentially growing this effort. This opportunity is perfect for someone who wants to implement processes from the ground up! You will report to the CEO and have the opportunity to directly contribute to one of Bunny Studio's exponential growth efforts for 2023. ◽ About the role: You will focus your skills and experience to help drive growth and positively contribute to teaming up with the world's best creatives. As Head of New Business Development for Bunny Studio ONE, you'll ensure effective research, engagement, and connection with potential customers. You'll also provide feedback on inbound leads and input into campaign development to optimize messaging and targeting. ◽ Start date: As soon as possible 🚀 We're looking to hire and onboard before the end of the year. 🔶 Location: This position is available for LATAM and Europe residents. ◽ Requirements: We know the confidence gap and imposter syndrome can get in the way of meeting spectacular candidates, so please don't hesitate to apply — we'd love to hear from you. - Sales work-related experience with the US market as a target, selling software products. - Significant business development leadership experience. - Loves the hunt for prospecting and is effective at scaling their pipeline. - Extensive experience in a sales or sales development role with a high call volume environment. - Demonstrated experience developing SDR programs and playbooks to drive best practice behaviors and measurable outcomes. - Top-of-funnel sales pipe expert, highly disciplined, a structured thinker with execution excellence. - 3+ years of experience in direct-to-brand, SaaS sales and leadership, and sales coaching are a must-have. - Experience conducting a high volume of outbound phone and email activity. - Proven track record of exceeding targets by running a disciplined and consultative sales process with large, complex prospect organizations. - Excellent English presentation and negotiation skills. - Outstanding customer service skills. - Previously trained in consultative/value-based selling. - Experience using a CRM, preferably HubSpot. - Advanced proficiency using one or more of the following sales tools: Salesloft, Interseller, Lavender, 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Chorus/gong, Outreach. - Results driven with strong business and sales acumen to discuss prospects' business needs to align Bunny Studio fit before presenting value. - Strong attention to detail, time management, and collaboration abilities. - Enjoys contributing to a company culture that celebrates performance, diversity, and the participation of all team members. ◽ KPIs for this role: - Lead quantity - Lead quality - Meetings held - Customer satisfaction - Client acquisition rates - Revenue Bunny Studio ONE from outbound efforts ◽ Challenges you'll work on: For the first three months, your primary focus will be on the following challenges: - Manage a team of freelance outbound business development reps responsible for outbound sales engagements via phone, email, and social outreach. - Engage personally in outbound sales engagements and close deals. - Learn about Bunny Studio ONE and understand our customer needs and requirements. This role is part of our leadership track professional growth path. Nonetheless, the short-midterm expectation is a high level of execution as you learn about our product and services. Having direct contact with prospects is the fastest way to learn. - Design and drive the entire sales process, from prospecting through opportunity development and deal closure to post-sale kickoff. Your key responsibilities will be: - Engage personally in acquiring key prospects for Bunny Studio ONE through outbound sales engagements via phone, email, and social outreach. - Partner with marketing on defining personalized email campaign follow-ups and reporting engagement with prospects, and generating demand for Bunny Studio ONE. - Be a key business partner for the CEO, executive team, and Sales Leaders and identify, prioritize and deliver impactful initiatives to improve our commercial performance. - Onboard, train, and manage a team of freelance sales development reps and AEAs responsible for outbound sales engagements via phone, email, and social outreach. - Design and drive the entire sales process, from prospecting through opportunity development and deal closure to post-sale kickoff. - Build out a Sales Development program using best-in-class tools and tactics. - Manage the daily activities and quotas of SDRs and AEAs to ensure key weekly and monthly performance metrics are met and exceeded. - Develop SDRs and AEAs’ time management, sequencing & nurturing, cadence and prospecting tactics. - Create metrics related to sourcing leads from new outbound sales efforts. - Research targeted accounts to identify key contacts and information for team outreach. - Prospect into target accounts, utilizing outbound sales tools, campaigns, and social outreach. - Maintain current knowledge of the latest trends within the relevant target industries to adapt messaging to prospects' needs and areas of interest. - Understand customer needs and requirements. - Empower individuals and teams to exceed objectives through mentorship, KPI checkpoints, and other incentives. - Regularly report on team and individual performance: lead quantity, quality, and revenue. Partner with sales leaders and reps to ensure lead quality/quantity and accurate follow-up. - Work closely with customer operations to create and implement new processes and make recommendations for process improvements that impact efficiency and productivity. - Make recommendations to management to help define strategy and processes to improve productivity and scale the team's impact on pipeline sourced and revenue generated. - Assist the Sales & Marketing teams with identifying target sectors and organizations. - Own improvements on lead generation, lead prioritization, and top-of-funnel enhancements. - Developing strong industry networks and representing Bunny Studio in-market and at events. - We tried to be as detailed as possible on the expectations of the responsibilities of this role.
