Redox processes over 1.6 billion messages per month across our health tech vendor, provider, payer, EHR, and life sciences customers.Opportunity & ImpactWe’re looking for a Director of Product to help scale our product organization through our next phase of growth. This leader will take ownership of our product team’s rhythms, elevate execution, and expand capacity so we can move faster, make better decisions, and take on the new opportunities ahead of us.This role is about more than running product operations, it’s about building a high-performing product team that can own decisions end-to-end, drive customer impact, and partner across the business to deliver on our strategic vision.At our stage, the impact of product leadership is exponential. You'll have the chance to shape a product that's redefining how healthcare technology connects, build and scale a product team during a critical inflection point, partner with a passionate leadership team and customers who care deeply about our mission, and work directly with the CPO to define the future of our product organization and establish best practices that will scale with our growth.Job ResponsibilitiesLead + Scale the Product Team: Manage and develop a team of Product Managers, building a culture of accountability, autonomy, and customer obsession. Establish strong team rhythms (kickoffs, scope reviews, roadmap planning) to increase hygiene, predictability, and execution. Empower Product Managers to make decisions without bottlenecks from executives, enabling faster and better decisions. Ensure product operations support decision-making, not just reporting.Build Product Strategy & Vision: Collaborate with CPO to define and communicate long-term product strategy across the organization. Translate company objectives into clear product priorities and success metrics. Lead competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions.Drive the Roadmap: Own the customer-facing roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and market opportunities. Anticipate and prioritize new platform opportunities, especially as composable unlocks new partnerships and integrations. Able to communicate the roadmap externally and internally.Drive Cross-Functional Partnership & Alignments: Work closely with GTM teams on launches, pricing, packaging, and partnerships. Build trusted relationships with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality outcomes. Facilitate regular stakeholder alignment to ensure product, engineering, design, and business priorities are synchronized. Participate and establish clear communication channels and decision-making frameworks across teams. Leader resolution of cross-functional conflicts and trade-off decisions. Ensure launch readiness and own customer advisory/feedback loops.Bring Product Horsepower: Step into complex challenges (pricing, interoperability, or scaling rituals) to close critical gaps in leadership bandwidth. Represent the product org in company-wide strategic conversations. Able to bring clarity to ambiguous situations and drive them through.Required Skills & Experience10+ years of software product management experience, including 5+ years of people management, with a proven track record of leading and developing product management teams of at least 3 PMsExperience in healthcare, interoperability, or complex ecosystem product management is highly preferredDemonstrated excellence in establishing strong team processes and operational rhythms that drive predictability and resultsHighly skilled at navigating ambiguity and bringing clarityStrong communication, both written and oral, with a cultural focus on context-sharing as much as possibleStrategic thinking ability to connect market trends, customer needs, and company strategy into compelling product vision and roadmapsStrong operational skills in running product planning cycles, balancing short-term execution with long-term strategic betsAble to balance strategic narrative-building with operational execution – able to think high/low to connect the dots between vision and execution and different time horizons (plan near term + long term)Exceptional people leadership capabilities as a coach and culture-builder who can grow PMs and foster team autonomyBusiness acumen, including comfort with pricing strategies, go-to-market alignment, and cross-functional leadershipExperience using product analytics and metrics, user research, and market data to inform product decisions and measure successProven ability to influence and align senior leadership, customers, and cross-functional partners without direct authorityTechnical fluency sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand technical trade-offsExperience leading organizational transformation and process improvements during periods of company growthPreferred Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is preferredSoftware Platform/ToolsRequired: Jira/Atlassian, Figma, PendoPreferred: Lovable, Replit or equivalentCompensationThe base salary range for this position is expected to be between $205,000 - $235,000 per year. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The actual offer may vary depending on multiple factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to the level of job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, education/certification, and interview assessment. Please note that the compensation details listed above reflect the base salary only, and do not include incentive pay, equity, or benefits.
