About Builders Builders is a 12-week intensive program for young founders (19–25) building real startups at the pre-seed or seed stage. We bring together the most driven builders in Latin America — the ones who are too restless to wait for permission — and give them the mentorship, capital access, and community to scale what they’re creating. Our alumni have gone on to Y Combinator, Thiel Fellowship, Forbes 30 Under 30, and raised millions in venture capital. ⸻ What You’ll Do As a Builders Fellow, you’ll spend 12 weeks inside a cohort of founders who are building and scaling fast. You will: • Join weekly Founder Clinics to solve real problems with experienced founders and investors. • Work 1:1 with mentors who’ve built and exited startups. • Refine your product, business model, and growth strategy. • Pitch at Demo Day in front of leading investors. • Become part of a lifelong Builders Alumni Network across Latin America. ⸻ What We’re Looking For • You’re 19–25 years old, based in Latin America. • You’re a founder or co-founder working full-time on your startup. • Your startup is active (already has users, pilots, or early revenue). • You’re ambitious, execution-driven, and obsessed with solving a real problem. ⸻ Why Join • Access to top-tier mentors and VC networks across the region. • Hands-on guidance on fundraising, product, and growth. • A network of builders, not talkers — people who actually ship. • Demo Day exposure to regional and global investors. • Lifetime membership in the Builders ecosystem.
