⭐ What You’ll Do
-Run the full sales cycle from prospecting → pitching → closing
-Generate your own leads through outbound calling, email outreach, and networking
-Build relationships with small‑business owners and decision makers
-Help develop and refine our sales processes, scripts, and outreach strategy
-Work directly with the Founder/CEO to shape the future of the sales department
-Maintain a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction
-Track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics independently
⭐ Compensation Structure (Commission‑Only)
Compensation
This position is a 100% commission‑only role with no base salary or hourly pay. Sales Representatives are hired as 1099 independent contractors and earn commission when clients complete payment for services.
Earning Potential
Commission rates range from 30% to 40%, depending on the service sold, with opportunities to earn high‑ticket commissions on HR and Talent Acquisition packages. Monthly renewal bonuses are also available for long‑term clients.
Payouts
Commission is released upon payment of the client’s final invoice. Payments are sent electronically on a bi‑weekly schedule.
