This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience creating, managing, and optimizing email campaigns that generate engagement, qualified leads, and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, and execute cold outreach, drip campaigns, and newsletters.Manage and optimize lead-nurturing workflows to improve engagement and conversions.Build, organize, and segment email lists for targeted outreach.Monitor campaign performance, open rates, engagement, and conversions.Prepare campaign reports and provide data-driven recommendations.Ensure email campaigns comply with applicable regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align email messaging with company objectives.Continuously test and optimize email content, subject lines, and campaign strategies.QualificationsProven experience in email marketing, lead generation, or digital marketing.Strong copywriting and communication skills.Understanding of email deliverability, engagement metrics, and conversion optimization.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Instantly, Dripify, or similar email outreach platforms.Experience in construction, SaaS, or B2B services.Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar.Experience with cold email outreach and lead-generation campaigns.If you have experience creating effective email campaigns and enjoy using data and strategy to drive business growth, we'd love to hear from you!
