Requirements and responsibilities


• Learn the DemandHub sales process, from prospecting to giving demos and closing deals. • Lead a sales team focused on SMB customers in a high velocity B2B selling environment with sales cycles < 30 days. • Manage and develop a team of 6-8 sales representatives (composed of Business Development Representatives and Account Executives). • Recruit, train, and performance manage new and existing sales team members. • Be well-versed in your team’s daily and weekly sales processes (e.g. weekly team meetings, coaching sessions, pipeline reviews, and one-on-ones). • Know your numbers and pipeline, and inspire the sales team to improve key metrics (demos booked, kept rate, close rate). • Lead team performance against quotas and ensure sales objectives are met. • Report directly to the CEO.
