We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Email Management Specialist to manage daily email communications and ensure timely, professional responses to clients, customers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing inboxes, responding to inquiries, prioritizing important messages, and maintaining effective communication workflows. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing emails daily Respond to customer and client inquiries in a professional manner Organize inboxes, label messages, and maintain email folders Prioritize urgent communications and escalate issues when necessary Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings through email correspondence Follow up on pending requests and maintain communication records Draft, proofread, and send professional emails on behalf of management or clients Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Assist with customer support and administrative tasks as needed Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency with email platforms such as Gmail and Outlook Ability to multitask and manage high email volumes Attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer and administrative skills Previous customer service or administrative experience is an advantage Preferred Qualifications Experience with CRM or helpdesk systems Remote work experience Familiarity with calendar management and scheduling tools Work Environment Remote or office-based position Flexible schedule depending on company needs Full-time or part-time opportunities available
