Requirements and responsibilities

Role Overview: As a BFA, you will work with business and technology teams to define requirements, design future-state processes, and support delivery across lending and daily banking domains. Key responsibilities include mortgages and consumer finance; end-to-end lending lifecycle analysis; AI-enabled credit decisioning and document automation; analysis of lending lifecycle processes; Daily Banking / Core Banking: end-to-end business analysis and process design for cards, payments, and digital banking; support savings/deposit product MVPs with smart pricing and product bundles.
