If so, we want you on our team at T2 Flex Force! We are seeking full-time Radiology Patient Scheduling Representatives to support a leading healthcare organization. In this role, you will coordinate patient scheduling for diagnostic imaging services including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, X-Ray, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, and other radiology procedures. You will play a critical role in ensuring patients receive timely access to care while providing a positive and compassionate scheduling experience. Prerequisites for employment include a clear Background Check and Medicare Fraud Check.ResponsibilitiesSchedule patients for radiology and diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocolsReview imaging orders for completeness and accuracy prior to schedulingObtain and verify patient demographic, insurance, and registration informationAnswer inbound calls from patients, physician offices, and healthcare providers regarding imaging appointmentsEducate patients regarding preparation instructions, required documentation, arrival times, and procedure expectationsCoordinate appointment scheduling based on modality availability, provider requirements, and patient needsVerify insurance coverage and obtain authorization information when requiredAccurately document scheduling activities and patient interactions within designated systemsAdhere to HIPAA, HITECH, and organizational confidentiality standardsProvide professional, compassionate, and patient-centered service during every interactionMeet productivity, quality, and customer service expectations in a fast-paced call center environmentAvailable to work shifts between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM EST as neededThe PerksOpportunity to gain valuable healthcare and radiology scheduling experiencePotential for long-term employment based on client needs and performanceExtensive training and professional development opportunitiesRemote work environmentPositive team culture and supportive leadershipMeaningful work that directly impacts patient access to careRequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferredMust have experience using Epic EMR/EHRAbility to navigate Epic scheduling, registration, and patient access workflowsExperience reviewing orders, patient demographics, insurance information, and appointment details within Epic1-3 years of healthcare scheduling, patient access, call center, medical office, or customer service experience preferredPrior radiology scheduling experience highly preferredFamiliarity with medical terminology and diagnostic imaging procedures preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive patient informationComfortable working in multiple software applications and electronic medical record systemsProficient with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and ExcelAbility to work independently in a remote environmentFlexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare settingStrong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to outstanding patient serviceAdditional Position InformationFull-time W-2 employmentBenefits and 401-k available for eligible employeesRemote / Work From Home positionSalary $18 per hourStandard schedules: shifts are assigned after training from Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM ESTTraining hours are 8AM EST to 4:30PM ESTCompany-provided equipment suppliedHigh-speed, reliable internet connection requiredEmployees must maintain a professional, distraction-free home office environment
