Your team will "own" our Data Warehouse, collaborating closely with our Data Science and Software Engineering teams to enhance our product, and support the operational data needs of our strategic Insights, Marketing, and Finance teams. Additionally, you will build and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring that our data systems and solutions align with our mission to improve healthcare outcomes.This is a hands-on role; the ideal candidate will have high overlap with our Data Engineering toolstack (GCP, DBT, Airflow, Python) and be comfortable supporting their team via regular code reviews and contributing to the code base. This role is also highly collaborative and necessitates working closely with other Engineering teams, and fostering close partnerships with the Product, Clinical, Operations and Finance teams.
