We're looking for a highly experienced Salesforce leader to assess, advise, and help shape the future CRM strategy of a growing organization.This is NOT a traditional hands-on technical architect role. We need a business-first consultant who understands the day-to-day realities of Sales, Marketing, and Service teams and can align technology investments with business outcomes.What You'll Bring:Deep Salesforce expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Marketing CloudProven experience leading CRM assessments, transformations, and optimization initiativesStrong understanding of business processes, user adoption, and organizational change managementExecutive presence with the ability to engage C-suite and Private Equity stakeholdersExperience evaluating CRM strategy, governance, scalability, and future-state roadmapsNice-to-Have Experience:NetSuite ERP integrationsAI-enabled integrations and automationSnowflake/Data WarehousingRouting and logistics platforms (RoadNet experience is a plus)Experience leading a consulting practice or managing a small teamIdeal Candidate:Strategic advisor, not just a technical architectComfortable conducting discovery workshops and executive assessmentsAble to quickly evaluate current-state environments and recommend best-fit solutionsTrusted consultant with a track record of driving user adoption and business transformationThis engagement could evolve into a long-term advisory and delivery partnership for the right individual or team.
