Who we are:Qi Studio is a boutique brand strategy and creative direction studio. We work with founder-led businesses that have outgrown their current brand, helping them build identity systems that create clarity, trust, and recall. We're a small, high-context team. Everyone here thinks before they make.What this role is:We're looking for a Brand Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience who designs with intent. Not someone who makes things look good for the sake of it, but someone who reads the room, understands what the work needs to communicate, and builds something that does exactly that.You'll work with our Creative Lead on brand identity systems, brand guidelines, brand bibles, packaging, web design, and brand-focused social media. The work is internal-facing for now, but it is client-grade at every step.What we're looking for:3 to 5 years of experience as a brand designer, agency or studio background preferredA portfolio that shows range and restraint. We want to see thinking, not just executionStrong command of Adobe Creative Cloud and FigmaVideo editing skills are a plusExperience designing for luxury or F&B brands is a strong plusReads a brief properly before opening a fileTakes creative direction well and pushes back when something isn't workingOpen to using AI tools (Claude, and others) as part of the creative and problem-solving process. Not as a shortcut, but as a thinking aidComfortable working independently in a remote setupIf your portfolio looks like everyone else's, this probably isn't the right fitWe brief deeply and we expect that briefing to show up in the outputSpots a problem and flags it, doesn't wait to be told everything
