OverviewThe Clinical Operations Enablement & Systems Director is responsible for leading operational scalability, workflow standardization, systems implementation, training enablement, and operational infrastructure initiatives across Alopex Clinical Operations.This role serves as the operational lead for workflow enablement, systems readiness, implementation planning, operational infrastructure, and scalability initiatives that support efficient, standardized, and high-quality patient care operations.The Clinical Operations Enablement & Systems Director partners closely with Operations, Product, QA, BI, and Technology teams to ensure operational workflows, systems, reporting, and infrastructure support scalable growth across service lines and customer segments.This role owns operational infrastructure, systems enablement, workflow standardization, implementation readiness, and scalability initiatives across Clinical Operations. While the Clinical Operations Director owns frontline operational execution and workforce leadership, this role is responsible for the systems, workflows, tools, and operational infrastructure that enable scalable and consistent operational performance.This role is instrumental in supporting organizational transformation, enterprise scalability, workflow modernization, operational readiness, and technology-enabled operational growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Enablement & Workflow OptimizationLead operational scalability initiatives through workflow design, process standardization, and operational infrastructure developmentOwn enterprise workflow standardization efforts across Clinical Operations and EnrollmentDevelop, maintain, and oversee SOP governance, workflow documentation, operational playbooks, and job aidsIdentify workflow gaps, inefficiencies, and operational risks and implement scalable solutionsEstablish operational readiness processes supporting organizational growth and customer implementation initiativesDrive workflow adoption and operational consistency across service lines and operational teamsSystems Implementation & UAT LeadershipLead operational readiness initiatives for systems implementations and workflow transformationsOwn User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy, coordination, and operational validation effortsPartner with Product, Technology, BI, QA, and Operations teams to validate workflows, identify operational risks, and support release readinessTrack operational issues, workflow defects, implementation risks, and system feedback through resolutionLead implementation and optimization efforts related to telephony, workflow, documentation, reporting, and analytics platforms including Genesys and ShiFox 2.0Serve as the operational lead for workflow scalability and systems enablement initiativesTraining, Adoption & Operational ReadinessDevelop and oversee onboarding workflows, operational training resources, and workflow reinforcement initiativesCreate operational training materials, guides, workflow tools, and implementation documentationLead rollout planning, operational communication, and implementation readiness efforts related to systems and workflow changesDrive operational adoption strategies during periods of organizational growth, systems implementation, and workflow transformationPartner with operational leadership to reinforce workflow consistency and implementation successCross-Functional LeadershipServe as the operational liaison between Operations, Product, QA, BI, and Technology teamsPartner with executive leadership on operational scalability planning and transformation initiativesSupport operational reporting, workflow analytics, and systems optimization initiativesLead operational onboarding readiness efforts for customer implementations and operational transitionsSupport enterprise operational transformation initiatives tied to scalability and systems modernizationQualificationsDemonstrated experience leading enterprise operational initiatives, workflow transformation, or large-scale systems implementations preferredExperience in healthcare operations, population health, CCM, managed care, health-tech, or operational enablement environments preferredStrong organizational, implementation, and project leadership skillsExperience leading workflow optimization, systems implementation, process improvement, or operational scalability initiativesStrong written communication, operational documentation, and change management skillsComfortable working in fast-paced, evolving operational environmentsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting UAT, EMR/workflow systems, telephony systems, or healthcare technology implementationsExperience creating SOPs, training materials, and workflow documentationExperience supporting remote operational teams preferredLean/process improvement, implementation, or project management experience preferredWork Location, Shift & ScheduleThis position is fully remote with strict adherence to a Work from Home policy. Occasional travel may be required for client meetings, training sessions, or company meetings. Standard hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm EST, or according to the business hours of clients’ practices.Remote Position Requirements:Reliable high-speed internet connection suitable for professional calls and video conferencing.Quiet, secure, and professional work environment suitable for discussing sensitive health information and Protected Health Information (PHI).Compensation Range:$135 - $150K
