Softmason Technologies India Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and passionate AWS & DevOps Trainer to train and mentor newly joined employees and freshers on modern cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and deployment methodologies.The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in AWS cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, automation tools, and real-time project deployment processes. The trainer will be responsible for conducting technical training sessions, preparing learning materials, evaluating trainees, and helping employees become industry-ready professionals.Key Responsibilities:Conduct online training sessions on AWS & DevOps technologiesTrain freshers and newly joined employees on real-time cloud environmentsPrepare training plans, assignments, and technical assessmentsProvide hands-on practical sessions and project guidanceExplain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and cloud infrastructureMonitor trainee progress and provide feedback reportsAssist employees in understanding industry best practices and workflowsConduct doubt-clearing and mentoring sessions regularlyRequired Skills:Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud Services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.)Hands-on experience with Docker & KubernetesExperience in Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab CI/CD pipelinesKnowledge of Linux Administration & Shell ScriptingExperience with Terraform, Ansible, or Infrastructure as Code toolsUnderstanding of monitoring and logging toolsExcellent communication and presentation skillsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT or related fieldAWS Certification preferredPrior experience in technical training or mentoring is an advantageWhat We Offer:Permanent Work From Home opportunityFlexible and professional work environmentOpportunity to train and mentor future IT professionalsWork with a growing global technology companyCareer growth and long-term opportunities
