The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for the processes of selection, hiring, and personnel administration. It is a key position in the organization, with many possibilities for growth. The Coordinator is the person responsible for the entire company´s team in Latin America. These are the main management areas: -Selection Write, post, and recruit the required job profiles. Interview candidates. Coordinate with leadership and prepare offers to candidates selected. -Recruitment Receive and file hiring documents for each employee. Coordinate inductions with PM and Technical Leaders. Onboard new employees. -Management Monitor vacation requests and days off. Keep company leaders informed of any personal issues of team members. Monitor with the "Project Managers" (PMs) on the performance of your team and define action plans when required. - Help the HR team to grow, at the rate that the company grows. -Culture Ensure that the team has a cultural fit, aligning with the values ​​and the company's "Team Member Guide".
