Responsibilities

Main responsibilities: - Help and support the team in, product and service design. - Contribute in the construction of strategic design, service design, research and interface design. - Build Journey Maps and Services blueprints from research processes. - Research and benchmark users experience, in order to build remarkable products. - Design sketches, wireframes, wire flows, screens y prototypes for digital products. - Communicate with confidence your design decisions to Usaria and it's customers. - Perform usability tests. - Support the research and strategy teams. Requirements -1 to 2 years of work experience in UX and design. - It is expected for you to understand and produce communications in English and Spanish. Nice to have: - Experience in consulting firms or agencies. - Master’s degree related to design or similar. - Experience in highly accessible projects. - Experience in strategic design, service design and UX Research. - Passionate about working smart. - You have international experience (work or study).
