Responsibilities
Role Purpose:
Deliver rapid, high-volume candidate sourcing and placements for freelance creative professionals (e.g., Designers, Art Directors, Copywriters) within ultra-fast turnaround times—often same day.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive, action, and fill freelance creative briefs with urgency (jobs can last from hours to days, commonly placed same/next day).
* Build, manage, and continually refresh hotlists/pools of freelance talent (graphic, motion, art direction, copy, etc.).
* Review creative portfolios and applications for immediate shortlist/submission.
* Support 360 consultants in the UK with candidate handover, vetting, and briefing.
* Constantly register new candidates and update records to ensure readiness for high-speed briefs.
Experience & Skills:
* Experience in agency, freelance, or temp recruitment (creative/marketing highly preferred).
* Ability to critically assess portfolios and creative skills (not just CV skill-matching).
* Thrive working at speed and high volume.
* Highly organized, proactive communicator and team collaborator.
