Responsibilities and deliverables
* Service: Backend Development / Systems Architecture.
* Experience Level: Intermediate-Senior or Advanced.
* hours/week: 10–20 hours.
* Contract duration: 1–2 months (with possible extension).
* Shift time zone: CST preferred (flexible).
* Shift days: Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:
* Finalize and stabilize an existing automation system powering 200+ AI bots.
* Migrate webhook logic from n8n to a more robust setup (Make.com or Render-based agent).
* Fix and streamline media delivery workflows (Dropbox + Cloudflare R2).
* Securely connect APIs for Airtable, Render, ElevenLabs, Fanvue, and more.
* Build scale-ready logic for platform content posting (Fanvue + alternatives).
* Create automation fallback logic and performance logging.
* Ensure system is modular and self-sustaining post-deployment.
Qualifications:
* Full-stack or backend-heavy developer with experience in automation.
* Skilled with REST APIs, webhooks, and scalable job systems.
* Prior experience with Airtable API, Dropbox API, or R2 preferred.
* Familiarity with Make.com, Render, or cloud automation tools.
* Clear communicator, proactive problem-solver, reliable and detail-oriented.
Application Software Required / Tools:
* Airtable.
* Dropbox.
* Cloudflare R2 or similar object storage.
* Render or equivalent serverless cloud host.
* Make.com or ability to build webhook agents.
* GitHub / CI/CD.
* JSON, OAuth, Webhooks.

You will not be building from scratch. The system is already \~75% complete and functional. Your job is to fix the backend weaknesses and implement a production-grade version that can reliably support automation for 200+ bots. The rest of the business is fully managed by a dedicated operations lead.
