Join our team as a Revenue Growth Account Executive, where you'll lead negotiations aimed at maintaining and growing the company’s revenue base. Your primary objective will be to maximize customer value and drive revenue expansion through proactive identification of upsell, cross-sell, and contract renewal opportunities. By applying a consultative approach and a strong understanding of customer needs, you will implement customized strategies to boost product adoption, optimize client investment, and ensure long-term retention. The Revenue Growth Account Executive plays a vital role in helping customers realize the full value of our solutions. Your focus will be on engaging clients proactively to support business expansion and secure timely renewals. You will guide them through new features, additional services, and tailored solutions aligned with their evolving needs. As a Revenue Growth Account Executive, you will build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, manage the renewal process, identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, and work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Operational teams. You will monitor customer engagement, anticipate churn risks, and take action to increase customer satisfaction and business performance. Your main responsibilities: * Proactively identify and execute expansion opportunities, including upsells, cross-sells, and service enhancements. * Own and manage the contract renewal process, ensuring smooth and timely renewals while emphasizing the value of our solutions. * Engage with customers regularly to confirm they are maximizing the value of their investment and accessing all relevant solutions. * Partner with Customer Success to monitor product adoption and usage trends, ensuring clients are informed about additional features and services. * Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance customer retention and increase Net Revenue Retention (NRR). * Anticipate and mitigate churn risks by identifying warning signs and taking proactive measures. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product) to refine go-to-market strategies for client expansion. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and opportunities in the CRM to support a streamlined and insightful approach. Success Metrics: * Net Revenue Retention (NRR) %. * Upsell & Cross-Sell Revenue Growth. * Renewal Rate % (On-Time & Successful Renewals). * Customer Engagement & Adoption Rates. * Customer Expansion Pipeline Growth.
