Requirements and responsibilities


As part of the QA team, candidates will perform the following responsibilities: - Develop and execute test cases based on business requirements per given stream and according to project needs. - Execute various running test cycles and interface with SMEs with the results of the tests. - Manage day-to-day assigned project tasks to complete various testing services deliverables. - Assist existing testing group(s) in resolving test issues, triaging, and building necessary reports about results. - Contribute to overall solutions as per project deliverables. - Perform various testing levels for assigned deliverables and participate in formal release cycles (SIT/UAT). Must have: - Good product knowledge/ understanding of EQD, IRD, CRD, FXD. - Experience with Equity SWAPS is preferred. - Good understanding of trade life cycle, workflows, operations, fixings process, and confirmations. - Strong functional and technical understanding of Murex. - Good knowledge of the different post-trade interactions between the various actors of capital markets, including service providers. - Previous experience with Murex. - MXTest (a plus). - Must have a strong personality, and logical and analytical skills. - Be detailed-oriented, a quick learner, and a self-starter. - Possess good verbal and written communication skills. - Must have strong organizational skills. - Good SQL, Unix , Scripting , Sybase, and Oracle skills.
