Requirements and responsibilities

🎯 What You’ll Own - Design & execute the cross-channel content engine (X, IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn). - Use Gen-AI (ChatGPT, Sora-style video, Midjourney/HeyGen, OpusClip, etc.) to 10× production speed without 10× cost. - Build “scroll-stopping” hooks, CTAs, and visual systems that convert followers → paying subscribers. - Run rapid growth experiments (paid + organic) and ship weekly insight reports (engagement, CAC, MQLs). - Partner with the founder for product-led storytelling—walk-throughs of live deals, data deep-dives, customer UGC. 🧩 You Might Be The Perfect Fit If … - 2-4yrs driving growth for an early-stage SaaS or creator brand. - Native-level English. - Proven AI toolchain. - Portfolio with numeric wins (ex: 50 K → 250 K followers, 8% → 15% CTR, etc.) - Can own strategy and execution in 10 hrs/wk 📈 Extra Credit Signal - Real-estate or fintech content experience - Paid-ads chops (Meta/LinkedIn/TikTok) - Motion-graphics / CapCut / After Effects expertise
