Alarm.com, a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial technology company, is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our talented international team working from Lisbon in Portugal. A TAM has two main areas of focus: Driving the Technical Onboarding process to make sure that new partners have all the training and tools to succeed from the start Managing a subset of Alarm.com’s key international partners to ensure they efficiently utilize the full suite of Alarm.com services. Responsibilities: - Managing technical sales relationships with select partners in Iberia alongside Account Executives - Acting as the escalation point for technical issues - Providing valuable ongoing product support and training to partners via webinar and on-site - Champion and advocate for partner requirements by gathering feedback from partners and other key stakeholders on how we can improve our product and processes - Representing Alarm.com at various trade shows and events - Demonstrate in-depth and current understanding of all existing and new Alarm.com product release features to properly respond to partner inquiries - Support the Sales Team during some stages of the pre-sales process - Creating training materials like presentations, technical guides, and videos to facilitate the ongoing training process for partners - Conducting local and remote tests for new features in close cooperation with Product Managers and Quality Engineers
