We are currently seeking a self-motivated, experienced, client-facing Project Manager/Digital Producer who is highly organized, driven, and creative with an interest in the digital production space. Your primary responsibility will be driving and managing all aspects of creating digital online media assets to support client projects from start to finish, being accountable for schedules, project deliverables, quotes and budgets, and resource management. This role is also responsible for creating and maintaining positive relationships with current and new clients, helping them identify and solve problems proactively and organically gain new business by providing exceptional service. Campaigns and projects you will work on include banners, emails, videos, CLM presentations, creative production of digital design assets, and more. You should have a positive and pleasant attitude that appreciates personal and team growth, encourages positive team spirit, and can easily fit in with a group of high performers in a friendly, yet at times, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: *Play a dual role of internal team advocate and client business partner. *Uphold the highest standards of quality on all deliverables to hold true to our promise that we make clients’ lives easier by doing our job, so they don’t have to worry about it. *Face time with each client is expected to help maintain a positive relationship with them, whether that be through kickoff meetings or check-ins *Manage projects with the development teams and oversee the production of digital assets for marketing campaigns, for both small and large projects, from project estimation through delivery. *Develop project timelines, quotes/estimations, and resource plans. *Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. *Manage scope changes and identify potential risks. *Maintain project organization through schedules, asset management on Dropbox, meeting notes, and status reports. *Facilitate communication between the production team, designers, and clients. *Lead regular project meetings and provide status updates to clients and stakeholders. *Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. *Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. *Being detail-oriented to provide the highest quality product/service to our clients – whether in QAing projects before they get sent back to the client or proofreading emails. *Onboard new client projects with fantastic communication as the liaison between the client and developers. *Support internal resourcing allocation and manage workflows. *Track team hours and out-of-pocket expenses in collaboration with Finance, Account *Management, Production, and other senior discipline members. *Manage the scheduling and attendance of the weekly project management meetings. *Maintain Airtable database with client and account information on an ongoing basis. *Provide quotes, estimates, and billing support as it relates to clients. Requirements: *At least five years of experience managing production projects. *Experience with project management tools before, i.e., Monday, Airtable, Asana *Experience with various software and tools such as Jira, Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite *Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as presentation skills. *Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. *Experience working with cross-functional teams. *Ability to say yes and no, when appropriate. *Comfortable connecting with clients and leading meetings. *Experience working at ad agencies or in media teams is a plus. *Some understanding of the digital media industry: Doubleclick, Google Marketing Platform *Solid understanding of project management methodology, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk and develop detailed work plans and specifications *Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, and activities to meet deadlines. *Ability to negotiate with team members and business partners. *Excellent client relationship and management skills.
