⬜️ Responsibilities: 🔆 Lead Generation & List Building • Research and compile leads from directories and websites • Build a contact list in Excel/Google Sheets. • Convert the list into a CSV file for CRM or email software upload. 🔆 Calendar management & appointment setting • Assist in booking calls for real estate agents and clients • Send calendar invites to both parties 🔆 Add clients to the sales pipeline • Receive new deal emails for buyers' or sellers' pipelines. • Add deals to a system spreadsheet. 🔆 Call & qualify leads • Use VoIP phone to call provided leads and qualify them. • Learn English scripts to guide conversations. • Tag leads based on their interest level. • Offer the company's services/products and gather interest. 🔆 Cold calling • Call leads from research or generated list. • Add call notes to CRM and follow up with interested leads. • Offer company services and products to potential leads. • Qualify and set appointments with lead managers or closers. • SMS potential leads. 🔆 Warm calling existing leads • Call past clients or existing leads. • Provide information about company services. • Take notes and add them to the CRM. • Book demos or introductory calls manually or through online booking systems like Acuity.
