GlossGenius is looking for a Finance Lead to support forecasting and budgeting, financial analysis, and management reporting, while displaying curiosity, proactivity, and accountability. You will partner closely with business leaders across the organization to evaluate strategic business decisions and drive financially informed decision making practices. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for multiple areas of our business, including the company forecast model - Track and analyze key business/financial KPIs, uncover trends and assess current/future business risks and opportunities - Provide executives and business leaders with financial analyses, reports, and data needed to make sound decisions - Translate the outputs of your financial analysis into impactful insights and compelling recommendations - Support the strategic planning processes for quarterly, annual, and investor reporting cycles - Maintain and improve efficiency and ROI metrics and provide data-driven insights and recommendations on resource allocation and investment decisions - Oversee day-to-day financial operations (e.g., P2P, expense management) and consistently evolve process efficiency - Monitor cash flow, analyze financial data, and prepare financial reports for senior management
