• Duplicating published/finalized courses online and recreating each graphic page-by-page. • Communicating with government content sponsors and systems operation staff; providing feedback as required • Working alone on a single project and reporting time-tracking details for Project Management purposes. • Advising and providing recommendations to Subject Matter Experts on how to develop courseware based on eLearning best practices. • Applying knowledge of education principles and distance learning concepts, graphic design, and electronic teaching techniques to determine the subject matter, goals, duration, approach, and instructional media which is the most effective for courseware and training purposes • Meeting project deliverables by collaborating with subject-matter-experts and other stakeholders to ensure the production of engaging, interactive eLearning tools • Managing all contacts involved in course development, and helping consolidate improvement requests as well as problem fixes.
